Baby Ellora’s Newborn Session

Cozy in-home newborn photos are some of my favorite sessions to shoot. Your home is your sacred space. It’s where you feel most comfortable; the place that gives you permission to let down your shield and just be yourself. When you’re recovering from childbirth and surviving through those long, sleepless nights, comfort is what you deserve.

I first met Hersh and Sujan shortly after moving from Los Angeles, CA to Raleigh, NC in 2018. I was offering free family photography sessions at the North Carolina Museum of Art in an attempt to break into the local photo market. They were kind of enough to take a chance on me.

That first experience transformed into more than five years of capturing memories as their family changed and grew. Most recently, this wonderful couple welcomed their first baby and asked me to capture those memories for them too. You can see some of my favorites below.
